Please be aware that we are giving notice of our fax facility ceasing as from 1st April 2020.
After this date, the fax machine will not be operational and we will no longer be able to receive or send faxes. All communication should be made via email please.
The following emails should be used:
For prescriptions (requests and queries)
For all other enquiries (registrations, patient notifications, discharge letters and general information)
Emails are checked on a regular basis and if you are needing a read receipt please request this when sending.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause initially and trust this early notice will give time to prepare and test out the alternative method of communication. We hope you agree that email gives greater security and confidentiality for the patient.
